When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific release date listed on the product page.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns on unopened and defective media within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of the product, opened records or CDs cannot be returned unless they are proven to be physically defective.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
My record arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for any items damaged during transit.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
